Interior glass, hand-finished. Every interior pane is cleaned by hand, room by room — edges, corners, and meeting rails included. We work in shoe covers, move with care around your furnishings, and check each window in natural light before we call it done.

Exterior glass, pure-water perfected. Our 30-foot water-fed pole system reaches up to three stories, scrubbing every exterior pane with deionized pure water that dries spot-free — no mineral deposits, no streaks, no ladder marks against your home's exterior. An outside water spigot is required.

Screens washed, not brushed. Screens are removed, fully washed, dried, and reinstalled. Clean screens protect clean glass — and let the shore breeze through without carrying dust back onto the panes.

Sills and frames wiped. Every window is finished at the frame and sill. This is the detail that makes a window look new rather than merely clean — and it's included on every visit, never an upsell.

Our Process

1. Consultation walk-through. We tour your home with you, identify every window, glass door, and screen, and confirm your investment before we begin. The quote is the price — no mid-job additions.

2. Screen removal and full wash. Every screen comes out, gets washed thoroughly, and dries while we work the glass.

3. Exterior pure-water treatment. Top floor down, the water-fed pole system lifts salt film, grit, and haze with purified water that leaves glass optically clear.

4. Interior artisan detail. Room by room, interior glass is hand-cleaned and finished, sills wiped, and every pane inspected in daylight.

5. Owner walk-through. We inspect the finished work together. Any pane that doesn't meet the luxury standard is redone on the spot — before we leave, not after you notice.
