Exterior windows. Our 30-foot water-fed pole system reaches up to three stories, washing every pane with purified water that dries spot-free. No ladders leaning on your home, no streaks, no mineral residue. (An outside water spigot is required.)

Screens washed. We remove, wash, and reinstall your screens — because clean screens keep clean glass clear, and let the ocean breeze in without the dust.

Sill and frame wipe-down. Every window gets finished at the frame and sill. It's the detail that separates a real cleaning from a quick wipe.

Our Process

1. Walk-through and count. We walk your home with you, count every window and glass door, and confirm the price before we start. The quote is the price.

2. Screens out and washed. Screens come off first, get a full wash, and dry while we clean the glass.

3. Exterior pure-water wash. The water-fed pole system scrubs and rinses every exterior pane, top floor to ground level, with deionized water that leaves zero spots.

4. Interior detail. We move room to room hand-finishing interior glass, wiping sills, and checking every pane in natural light.

5. Final walk with you. We inspect the whole job together. Anything less than spotless gets redone before we leave.
