Our Process

1. Walkthrough. We count windows, confirm screens and sills, and lock the scope with you before we start.

2. Interior detail. Drop cloths down, careful handling, streak-free finish on every pane.

3. Exterior with purified water. Our 30-foot water-fed pole reaches up to three stories, rinsing with purified water that dries spot-free — perfect for salt-air buildup. An outside spigot is required on site.

4. Screens and sills. Washed and wiped — every one.

5. Final inspection. We walk the property with you. Anything short of the standard is redone on the spot.
