If windows × $25 comes in under $299, the $299 minimum applies. For associations, we coordinate building-wide scheduling so common-area glass and individual units get handled in one organized visit — one vendor, one schedule, no chasing.

Our Process

1. Walkthrough. We count windows with you — or with your association contact — confirm screens and sills, and lock in exactly what's included.

3. Exteriors with purified water. Our 30-foot water-fed pole reaches up to three stories and rinses with purified water that dries without spots. An outside spigot is required on site.
