Every residential visit covers the full pane: interior and exterior cleaning, screens washed, and sills wiped down — $25 per window with a $299 minimum per visit. If windows × $25 comes in under $299, the $299 minimum applies. That's the standard for a trained crew, professional equipment, and a finish that stands up to ocean exposure.

Most Ocean City luxury homes are second homes, and we run on your calendar: opening cleans before the first weekend, mid-summer refreshes when the salt is heaviest, and closing cleans when the season ends — scheduled while you're away, confirmed when we're done.

5. Final walkthrough. We inspect every pane. Anything short of the standard gets redone before we leave — and you'll get confirmation the moment it's done.
